Every watch collector needs a skeleton watch in their collection, so at Stuhrling Original, we came out with the Delphi to offer something straightforward, elegant and classic at a reasonable price. And not surprisingly the Delphi has become one of our all-time best sellers and favorites among collectors! The movement is a 20-jewel mechanical automatic, a simple three hand movement with the crown offset between the two and three two oclock position. The parts of the movement have been skeletonized and hand-engraved for extra panache. The textured dial on what remains of the off-center cut-out is vintage Stuhrling Original dial-work to the point that the beauty of the dial rivals the beauty of the movement which dominates this timepiece. The step-design round case (40mm) is constructed of solid 316L surgical stainless steel and has Krysterna crystals (front and back) and with its screw-in case back, is 50 meters water resistant. The watch is mounted on a genuine black leather strap with a lizard embossed finish. The beauty and technical achievement of the Delphi far exceeds its reasonable price tag.
