Instead of concentrating on one era, the album spans over two decades, running from Clarence Carter's "Strokin," and LaBelle's "Lady Marmalade" to the Commodores' "Brick House" and Rick James' "Superfreak" to Wreckx-N-Effect's "Rump Shaker," R. Kelly's "Bump 'N Grind," 2 in a Room's "Wiggle It," H-Town's "Knockin' Da Boots," the Outhere Brothers' "Boom Boom Boom," 2 Live Crew's "Me So Horny," and Tone-Loc's "Wild Thing."
