| | | You want to play your Xbox but everyone else in the house wants to watch TV. With the TV seeing heavy usage in most households, getting console gaming time can be a challenge. Solve your problem with the StarTech Video Game Jockey, a game console to PC monitor adapter. With the Video Game Jockey, you can plug your Xbox, Playstation , Nintendo Wii into your PC monitor instead of your television, helping to reduce clutter and save money. The Video Game Jockey supports full audio pass through, so you'll be able to hear your games through your PC's speakers or headphones. Plus you can switch between your console games and PC with only the touch of a button, so you'll be able to quickly check your email during breaks. The Video Game Jockey also allows you to connect VCRs, DVD players, and camcorders to your computer monitor, and since it is a pure hardware design, no software or drivers required, it even works when your computer isn't turned on.

1 of 5 Di not meet my expectations Monday, January 28, 2008 fjabali from Avondale, AZ
The video resolution is blurry when playing a Gamecube game. Even worse when you switch to regular computer, the resolution is blurry and can not be adjuted. Once te startech unit isunplugged, the PC returns to excellent resolution again. Is there a way to fix this problem, and/or make an adjustment for better resolution for games and PC? 4 of 5 Reasonable quality for the price Sunday, December 02, 2007 A Customer from Bakersfield, CA
We used this to use our Nintendo Wii with a 19" widescreen LCD monitor. The quality is tolerable for games but there are certain things (like web browsing from the Wii) that are horrible because the text is just not legible. We are using the Wii s-video cable (not composite).
Easy to setup and works well with the audio setup. Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 Only if your desperate Wednesday, September 26, 2007 Mpierson from Jackson MI
Picture is a little blurry, sound is a little "fuzzy". Stick with your TV, dont bother with this item for playing games. Only reason why i got it was to dual use my downstairs computer in my workout room. I dont need the video/audio to be pristine, so it will work for me. Was this review helpful?
