The product is as good as reviewed on Buy.com and Buy.com is once again does a good and reliable business. I have used the Spy Sweeper and Ad Aware software to protect my laptops and computer. The Spy Sweeper detects some that the Ad Aware does not and vice versa. Therefore, the bottom line is the product is good for your money, functions well as you expected but do not rely on only one.

A few years ago I had my computer upgraded. During the upgrade we completely wiped the old drive clean and installed new drives, thus the system was as fresh and clean as if it came from the computer manufacturer, well... even more so, because I started from scratch with just the software I wanted.<br> <br> A couple of weeks later (less than a month), I managed to visit a site that installed all sorts of disgusting porn popups on my computer, the spyware/virus even created a text message in the middle of my desktop that I could not get rid of for anything.<br> <br> I was frantic. I did not want to start over yet again, I was just getting everything reinstalled the way I wanted it.<br> <br> The spyware virus would not even let me download other virus or spyware programs to help me rid myself of it. It really was quite arrogant! Symantec was useless at the time.<br> <br> Lo and behold I did a search for the exact text message that the spyware virus installed on my computer desktop.<br> <br> I found a link to Spy Sweeper. I figured, *Well, I could not be worse off, the worst that could happen was I would have to wipe the drives clean and start over, yet again.<br> <br> I was miraculously able to download and install Spy Sweeper.<br> <br> I can't remember now just how long it took for Spy Sweeper to completely run (it was a good while), but I CAN remember how excited I was as ALL the spyware virus and whatever was installed on my system WAS GONE. It was TRULY GONE!<br> <br> At the time... I was using a 30-day trial of Spy Sweeper to achieve this. I have been a loyal customer since. I have purchased and renewed and the last time I purchased for multiple years and multiple machines.<br> <br> I could not recommend Spy Sweeper more highly. I have used freeware like Spybot for a number of years. I am trying SpySweeper now, as the rebate made it a "no brainer". So far it has not impacted my PC's responsiveness, and that's important to me. It has notified me of several items. It has not found any spyware, but my PC was clean to start with. I still use multiple products, as different tools seem to be better at catching different threats. <BR><BR> I initially did not receive the software, but I submitted an incident, and in about a week, the software was shipped again and I received it a couple of days after that. I LOVE Buy.com!

Webroot's Spy Sweeper is the best software I have found for eliminating spyware and adware. Order was delivered in a timely manner without any problems.

Eventhough I've only had this product for a little over a week, it seems to be doing the job that it was designed for. In my opinion so far, I do not believe there is any spyware product that is superior.

I have had Webroot installed on multiple computers for the last year. It works great, The nightly scans seems to find all the unwanted spyware and cookies I collect and sends them to the quarantine jail cell. Updates are quick and reliable. I did find I had to uninstall and reinstall the program instead of just a license renew that was available on the web site, but the cost of this 3 pac was about half of the renew cost for 3 computers and the rebates make it even a better deal.

I've used this software before, and never been disappointed. It's too good a deal to pass up - in these 3 user packs. You can grab two extra installs for the price of one, and when another computer in your household (or a friends household) needs it - it's there. Every aspect of this program is no-hassle. I especially like how it blocks the unwanted browser helper installations. Running 24/7 in the background, SpySweeper doesn't noticeably effect your performance. Great product.
