I ordered this first and received without the USB car adapter and cable and then I talk to buy.com first they said they will not replace it then I talked to them again and they replaced it with the other one and I received everything in the box.Thanks Buy.com.

You won't get a deal like this anywhere else. A local game store was charging $20 just for the case itself. I bought this product along with the psp playgear for the psp slim found here. http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=209084680&dcaid=17768. between the 2 products I'm very satisfied with my purchase. 5 out of 5.

I bought this for my son. He really like the way all the plugs are coiled up and everything worked fine. It was well worth the money. All the pieces were there also.

Actually bought three packages about a month ago. Finally able to write a short review on it. Boxes weren't sealed, so I was a bit worried at first. Fortunately, all the components were still inside. upon first glance, the items seem well made. The case and faceplate appear sturdy and will do an adequate job at protecting the PSP. Haven't used the retractable wires/chargers yet, so I am unable to comment on those. Those are expected to have no problems whatsoever. I continue to be very pleased with BUY.com. They continue to offer great products at even greater prices. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue being one.

I received the kit from Buy.com. The components I received are great. I was a bit disappointed the box was not sealed when it arrived and the charging components were missing. It appears someone at Buy.com needed a charger. For the price it isn't worth my time to return it. Overall the rest of the stuff is good and you couldn't beat the pricing.

Both USB charging cable and the car adapter is missing from this item and BUY.COM will not replace them.

very good for the price. the previous two reviewers complained about the package missing 2 parts, but i did not have this problem. i guess it is a gamble but you can't really complain for the price (it is only around 8 dollars). i am satisfied with my purchase.

The accessories are all pretty decent, especially the case and face plate. The case fits my fat PSP nicely, even with the face plate attached. But just like the last reviewer, my Mega Pack was also missing two parts: the USB charging cable and the car adapter. I contacted Buy.com customer service, and they said it is a drop-ship item (it is shipped from elsewhere when you order, not directly from Buy.com), so they do not have any parts that they can send me. They suggested I contact the manufacturer. I sent Joytech an email about this issue Friday morning and have yet to hear back from them. Overall I'm pleased with the items that I did get, but I'm pretty peeved at getting the runaround on replacements for the missing items, especially since I see that I'm not the only one it happened to.

PROS:Honestly really nice deal. It could not get any better, price and quality wise. All aspects are extremely nice including the case, screen protector which makes your PSP feels less bulky but still grants as much protection. The UMD cases are pretty nifty. The charging dock is really cool and sleek but you need to have the previous AC/DC charger acquired with the psp core itself. CONS: Honestly was disappointed when I counted the pieces. 2 pieces were MISSING! I was so disappointed but than again still pretty cheap and good. I was so curious to see why the USB charger (a really important part if you do not have the original charger anymore) and the psp car charger were NOT IN THE BOX. So instead of a 12in1 package I received a 10in1 package, kind of disappointing but im still good. This buy is still 100% worth it, my case must have been a rarity as you can see in all the reviews. I contacted buy and an RMA can not be granted since it is some sort of "special" item. So I thought I should put that out there. I am probably never going to return it regardless because it is suffice.

The product is same as the one in BestBuy except the 1GB Pro Duo. But Best Buy offers at $50 and more, whereas here you are getting everything except the card for 10, and you can get a 1GB card for very less which might total up to max $25. Just a minor note, dont expect the cables to be strong, be careful when using all the retractable cables.

Everything that this comes with works great. I really like the retractable cords on everything. The charging dock works great and the umd cases are handy. Would buy another one if I ever need to.

<p>I initially was looking for a car charger and stumbled across this mega pack. I bought it without a second thought. </p> <p>I have an old "fat psp" so the docking station works great. I just plug in my Sony charging cable to the dock and dock the psp when I please. I charge my psp more frequently now cause my cord always used to fall on the floor behind the desk. It is sturdy and has a little blue led that is always on. I guess so that you can find it at night. </p> <p>All the retractable cords are nice. They are always tightly wound when not in use. However, in order to use the car charger you must also use the supplied usb charging cord. Small inconvenience, but I have the usb cord with me always and leave the car adapter in the car. </p> <p>The faceplate is very convenient, it keeps the screen from getting scratched. Like the other reviewer, I pretty much use the carrying case for the accessories so I can just flip up the plate and play as I please. The faceplate doesn't interfere with gameplay when it is flipped up.</P> <p>Thank you buy.com </p>

This package, while begin specifically for the original PSP, still works decently with the PSP Slim, the dock and screen protector thing don't work at all though. I use the zipper case for the accessories for the PSP rather than the PSP itself; the USB cables are really handy, being retractable and all; the headphones are only marginal. Overall, a pretty handy package for the average user.

I had shopped around all the stores in my area and priced the Mega Pack at $55 to $60. I went online to buy.com and got everything that I need for $20. I saved over $30 with buy.com.

I have the new slimline PSP and this kit is for the older version, so as the ad says, the docking station does not fir the new slimline PSP. There is also a faceplate type cover that comes with it that does not fit the new PSP, so you lose that too. However, that said, the rest of the components are very good, work great, and the price is great for what you get. The cords for the earphones and USB plugs are self retracting into a little self wound spool, so they are easy to use and easy to store without having to wind up the cords. Also the case works well and protects the unit well. Overall a great buy for the price!

This kit is a pretty good value for the price, but I would not pay more than what is shown here. There is a note under "features" that states the dock does not work with the new PSP slim; wish it did, had to buy a separate dock.
