5 of 5 We liked it so much we bought a 2nd one Saturday, February 28, 2009
Jennifer from Jacksonville, FL

Last year I bought a pink one from Circuit City and thought I got an awesome deal... Camera, Case, and memory card reader for $145. My husband asked for a camera he could take on the go with him, as his camera is a bulky Canon Rebel that he almost never takes anywhere out of fear of damaging it... SO I went online and found this camera for with shipping included for under $100!!! Minus the extras I bought last time... but still... Awesome price. Keep in mind that the camera DO NOT come with memory sticks, so you need to spend a little extra there. I think My husband spent $25 on a 2GB memory stick at best buy... you can probably do better online if you search. My only complaint about this camera is that the round dial in the back turns very easily. So I find that the settings switch if I am walking around with the camera, especially if I shove it in a pocket or any number of random tasks... I am mindful of it now and know to make sure that I haven't accidentally bumped it into video mode or some other setting... That I haven't accidentally put the self timer on... Or turned off the flash from the automatic setting... Over the years I have owned Several Kodaks, a Casio Exilim, a Fuji FinePix, and the aforementioned Canon Rebel... The Sony Cybershot is a very nice camera... It takes great quality pictures... It's no Canon Rebel but for the price I didn't expect it to be... And it's sturdy enough that I don't cringe when my 3 yer old grabs it and takes pictures with it... and yes, it is easy enough that even my 3 yr old takes decent pics with it.
