    I bought this TV from buy.com, and the seller was a company call Legend micro, and when it arrived (in two days) it was not what I had purchased, and I refused the order, and sent it back. After waiting two days for it to be returned back, I call Legend, and explained to them that I would like to get my Sony before the weekend (this was Wednesday afternoon) by Thursday afternoon (one Day) it arrived. This company commits themselves to customer service, and went above, and beyond, and shipped it overnight, I would have to say I give this company an A #1 to buy from keep up the good work. The Sony BRAVIA S Series KDL-46S2010 46" LCD TV that I purchased is the best money I have spent in a long time. The quality, picture, sound is what I expected. Thanks again Big B
