2 of 5 Led Zeppelin is not Steven Spielberg!!! Tuesday, July 29, 2003
bfmrazjr from Seaside, CA

I saw this movie when it was first released and it is sad to say that it hasn't aged gracefully with time. I saw it by accident on cable and remembered why it was a dog. There are a few great performances, but the bad overtook the good in this case. I saw Led Zeppelin in concert at the same time that this movie came out and was sadly disappointed by this movie. (This is from a HUGE Led Zeppelin fan) If you want to view something better, get the Led Zeppelin DVD that just came out and you will not be disappointed!!

5 of 5 A MUST for Zep fans Monday, January 03, 2000
NGG - Gene from Chaska, MN
This one is a must if you are a Led Zep fan. If you aren't a fan yet, you just might be after vieweing this piece of work. It's mostly live with behind-the-scenes parts and every band member (including Peter Grant, the 'fifth-member') each has his own fantasy sequence that takes place during certain songs. The version of 'No Quarter' will surely shake your soul.

5 of 5 If it says Led Zeppelin, it has to be good!!! Sunday, October 31, 1999
Will J. from St. Louis Missouri
This is a solid film that serves as more of a documentary than a movie. It shows the greatest band of all time at their height, in 1973. The performance is a bit shakey, because it was at the end of a LONG tour of the US. Unfortunately there exists little footage of LZ due to the strict management of their manager, Peter Grant. This is a must see for any fan of rock and roll, because it offers a glimpse of its greatest band. Jimmy Page is for real and any rock fan must see him on film at least once. It's truely amazing what he can do with the guitar. While this comes no where close to doing Zeppelin justice, it's all that's available and far better than most other bands could ever boast!
