    One of the easiest installs you'll ever do! Just plug it in, plug in the network cables and you're done. No concerns with which ports are uplinks or any other configuration. I also like that it uses convection cooling so it has no fan to collect dirt, make noise, and eventually need oiling. I bought 2 more 16 port units.
