This drive seems to work OK, but when I tried to find tech info on the web site, I could not find this model. Smartdisk was recently bought out by Verbatim, and the list of combined products does not appear on the new website. I was trying to find info on the included software, "BounceBack Express", which was not fully described in the info sheet that came with this drive. This software is included on other listed Smartdisk drives, and I was able to determine the functionality of "BounceBack Express".
However, this drive (seperately powered via ac adaptor) has thus far performed very well despite warnings from BigBrother Microsoft, that this drive has not been tested or approved for use w/Win XP SP2. Just select "install anyway". Was this review helpful?
