However, when the team is sold to a new owner, Sean and the players are optimistic until they find that their role in the new league is to play the Washington Generals to another team's, the IceBreakers, Globetrotters. To add to their humiliation, the Chiefs are saddled with a female coach (Steen), pushing the team far past their breaking point.
