5 of 5 The Perfect 17" Laptop Case Friday, September 05, 2008

I purchased a new 17" HP laptop this year. I love the larger screen and full size key board, until I started looking at options for a bag. After a few failed attempts with bulky backpacks or 15.4" laptop cases, I found the Skooba Seventeen.
This is the perfect case for a 17" laptop. The overall size is great. Inside there are square cells that provide solid yet lightweight protection for your computer. This is the best design I have found. My 17" laptop fits easily with extra room to spare. The case has nice storage pockets that allow you plenty of room for paperwork, power cords, Ipod or MP3 players, cell phones ect. The case is very slim and light for the amount of good storage that is actually has. The padded shoulder strap is extremely comfortable and I also like the padded double handles for when you dont want it on your shoulder. It made from very nice materials. The quality and design are first class. I give this bag the highest rating and have recommended it to several people already. You can look long and hard but I doubt you can beat the design, features or value. Was this review helpful?

This bag works great. Plenty of room, good solid lock on the laptop stored within, and very comfortable on the shoulder. Unfortunately, the gray highlights appear as more of a bluish-reflective gray. Clearly not the end of the world, but it does tend to look out of place in certain environments. I have gotten over my initial disappointment and have come to realize that this about as good as a laptop bag could get. Just be prepared for the highlights. Was this review helpful?
