Professional Reviews

SlasherPool.com 6 of 10
Skinwalker is obviously a low-budget effort and revolves around two young students who are making a documentary about a curse. Now, the plot makes no sense for the first twenty minutes or so but we later learn that the kids that we saw in the opening scene of the movie killed an old man who then cursed them (or something like that). Either way, the teens from the opening scene soon vanish without a trace and that's what these two students are investigating...I hate giving negative reviews to low-budget horror movies but this movie was just a nightmare to sit through, and not in a good way. It's got one of the dullest plots ever, it's way too slow and when the creature finally shows up, it's just not scary enough to live up to the first hour of the movie.
