I am still learning how to use this, but I was a little disappointed with satellite reception. It comes with special headphones with built-in antenna to boost reception. Using earbuds causes very sketchy reception and I have heard from others that earbuds won't work at all for satellite reception. Works well with a wireless internet connection, but only on open connections that do not require sign-on (i.e. it doesn't work on free wireless that requires an acknowledgement of service terms to use). Keep in mind when you buy this, it will cost an additional $100 for SIRIUS subscription. I thought the discount was greater if you had an existing subscription. Product is light weight and good if you like to run with it.
