The Singer CG-590 allows you to balance your stitch to the desired amount by moving the stitch balance lever. You can also set your machine to create a buttonhole by turning the dial to the 4-Step buttonhole position. The middle button presses in allowing the user to reverse the machines stitching to reinforce your stitching.
