This external hard drive was a great upgrade (storage capacity, of course, AND value) from my 4GB Travel Drive which was not that much less expesive. The 160GB SimpleTech is quite fast considering that it does not have a fire wire connection and the back-up software that comes with it allows for a complete copy of my laptop without much fuss. A great investment & the deal is even sweeter when it is on sale! Was this review helpful?

A superb product, amazing "Ferrari" sleek-red Design.
But I do have one issue when I bought this product, is that there was no image/photo of it, nor the color was specified.
I had to place a call to the customer service to confirm the color and the exact product model i was looking for, in order not to end up buying the wrong one.
I bought it at a price of ($...), the following day the price jumped to ($...) !!
Product-wise, it's great and I am satisfied with the price I paid and the speediness of Buy.com in delivering it. Was this review helpful?
