4 clicks to extend. Nice 180 degree swivel. Holds firmly. I get pretty steady with just this one extra leg. Sturdy construction. Soft pad for hand. Wrist strap. Detatchable pad (that connects camera and monopod). Even came with attatchment for cell phone camera. Pretty light weight. No complaints. Shipping took a while, but I shipped against the grain (i.e. weekend, Thanksgiving, and SD blizzard :P ).
