The microwave is exactly what we were looking for as a replacement which needed to fit into an existing opening in the cabinetry. The ordering was simple and the service/shipping was expedicious. However, when we opened the carton and tooking the wrapping off the unit had a small crease in the aluminum front. A bit disappointed as it is on the front of the door but otherwise the microwave works fine.
