ServSafe Alcohol: Frontline Training will be used as part of the certificate program developed by the NRAEF or as part of the beverage management and/or wine appreciation courses offered in two-year and four-year hospitality, foodservice and culinary programs. This includes the in-depth study of wines and spirits, internal control systems and local and state alcoholic beverage control laws.
