Really comfortable, and with great sound...I really like the 'pleather' earpiece covers- so much better than the foam rubber stuff. And it's not hard to figure out out to fold them back up as another reviewer has claimed... Was this review helpful?

I was looking for something to replace the terrible headphones that come with the i-pod. I checked out a lot of reviews for both in ear phones and on ears. I decided I'd rather have something that goes on ear for the comfort aspect. The thing that really caught me on these phones was the portability of them. The folding storage option is awesome. The sound quality of these headphones is very good, but not great. If you're looking for really powerful bass, keep searching. But, if you're looking for headphones with a good representation of sound across the board, as I was, buy these. They are very crisp and clear for a relatively inexpensive set of headphones and do not distort at loud volumes. They are also extremely light and comfortable. I was also very impressed with how well they are made. The cord is very sturdy, as are the metal hinges. Was this review helpful?

This set of headphones has great sound and is very comfortable to wear. They come in a hard case that, if I was good at figuring things out, I would be able to return them to the case for protection. I am tired of ear buds - they are uncomfortable and, worse, the cables constantly get caught in something (the dog's leash, for example) and rudely pull out, get tangled, and are generally a pain and absolute frustration.
I've got old (CD player era) headphones. Fairly inexpensive, but comfortable and the less likely to get tangled. I also have 2 pair of good Sennheiser headphones that I use at home, but are not suitable for mobile use. The PX-200 is a high quality headphone well suited to the iPod whilst on-the-road. I just travelled to Europe and used them for many continuous hours with total comfort and enjoyment. (BTW - dog walks are again very enjoyable, too.)
Please understand that these are closed-style headphones which can be uncomfortable during extended use - they really send strong audio signals direct to your ear. Because of this they can tire your ears and make it very hard to hear outside sound - that's excellent on a plane, but could be dangerous crossing the street, for example. Never wear any headphone in the car or even on a bike. Was this review helpful?

This is what I had been looking for forever! Being someone who mostly listens to Jazz and Jazzy kind of music (but not only), I was disappointed by many other headphones that only focused on producing very strong bass, missing a lot of the brilliance in higher freqs. This one sounds just great! The manufacturing quality is very good. It gives a very nice seal for my ears, so I can hear music wherever I want w/o disturbing anyone; it also damps environmental noise to a reasonable extent.
