This drive is a great value, because 80GB versions of ATA-6 drives are selling for more than this 120GB. This is an ATA-6 (the same as ATA-100) Ultra ATA. Many sites (but not Buy.com) incorrectly identify AT-7 drives as AT-6, so AT-6 drives are difficult to shop for.
