When buying Seagate, I always feel very confident. Personally, I believe that they are the best and most reliable hard drive manufacturer in the US. That's not to mention the fact that they have a headquarters right here in Pittsburgh. Anyway, the drive is nothing short of extraordinary. It has extremely fast read/write speeds, and it's extremely portable. It includes everything you'll ever need - all the cables, a traveling case, and even a desktop dock. Unlike its PC counterpart, this Mac version is FW800, which is a huge plus. This drive replaced an unreliable Western Digital MyBook Studio Edition (never again will I buy WD). It's definitely a great purchase, and I would recommend this drive to anyone. Was this review helpful?
