As an avid amateur digital photographer I am always looking for help with learning the software to make my photos better. I have just bought and installed Lightroom 1.3 with update and the CS3 upgrade. Am using three books to get up to speed: "The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Book" by Martin Evening; "Photoshop CS3 on Demand" by Andy Anderson and Steve Johnson; and "7-Point System for Adobe Photoshop CS3" by Scott Kelby. The book by Scott Kelby fits in very well in learning the software and making the two pieces of software flow together.

Wonderful book! Scott Kelby's concept of identifying and grouping together the most often used features of Photoshop has been lacking in many other products in the marketplace. I found this book to be an extremely useful tutorial (especially for photographers) which concentrates on some of the most useful, practical and creative "how to's" of Photoshop. Dive right in and see immediate results.
