I got this item as my CD player would not eject and replacing it would cost me dearly. Having tried scores of FM transmitters, I wanted to try this one too reading reviews wherever possible. This one is a good buy, works on FM settings that do not broadcast a radio channel. The clarity is good, static is very minimal and sound is not great, but good. Plays the older days songs - Jazz, Classics very well, but so well the recent songs (weird). Overall, its a good buy and worth the money. Worked on my Creative Zen. Trying it for the Sansa soon (hoping the reception in a Sansa will be better).

This is a great product. Without a doubt, the best FM transmitter I have ever used. I have tried others and was less than happy with the tinny sound quality they produced. I couldn't believe how clear and full the sound was that came over my radio when I first used this product. Virtuly no hiss or distortion. It almost sounded like it was coming from a CD.
