Excellent performance at a very good price point. Makes my 26" monitor look like a piece of artwork. Excellent frame rates for everything I've tried thus far (with detail and other typically performance draining settings turned to the max).
Installation and driver update was a breeze. One thing, the card is very long, so be sure you have room in your case. It also requires dual power connections so be sure that your power supply (1) has spare connectors and (2) has enough capacity to power your card. I have a 750 Watt supply. Runs fine with that. The 4870 is a great product. It produces amazing graphics. Im a fan of the fan speed control. Sapphire makes it easy to change the fan speed. When the fan speed is on 100%, it means business. Definately made for serious gamers. No product defect, shipped in great condition. Was this review helpful?
