This is definitely Leslie's best workout to date! I use video workouts daily for my fitness routine - and love all of Leslie's Walking Workout Videos! It's hard to believe you can get such a great workout from just walking at home! I love this video in particular, as you can walk one mile (if you are short on time) or the entire 4 mile walk if you have more time! And even if you can only squeeze the 1-mile into your day - you really feel energized and like you've gotten a great workout - incredible cardio! Leslie's positive, fun, talkative, upbeat personality makes the workout fly by in no time! And I love that she has all ages in her class (not just the young and super fit!) - all having fun working out and getting a great workout! Super job Leslie! I highly recommend this workout video for all ages and fitness levels!
