What is not covered: Batteries, or any problem that is caused by abuse or misuse of the product. For how long: 90 days from the date of purchase. What Distributor will do: Replace the product with the same or comparable item. How to Get Service: Contact Distributor by sending an email with your purchase order number (located on the packing slip), order date and the place of purchase to warranty@xtremeupgrade.com. A Distributor service representative will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the product to Distributor; you are responsible for shipping the product to Distributor at your expense. Returned products must be received by Distributor in the same condition as received by the customer.
