I tested the Sandisk 8GB Ultra II memory stick on my PSP using Blackspeed Version 2.0 software and got a performance index of 583 which means over 5x faster than the standard 32MB stick the PSP comes with and over 4x faster than a Sony branded 1GB. I got this memory stick for my PSP. It works really great. It transfers data from my PC to PSP really fast, like you are dumping in a portable hard drive. But I am not sure that PSP is able to utilize that speed. Overall great product, but you can get a regular Sandisk memorystick pro duo 8Gb cheaper than this if you don't care about speed. For cameras and other products that needs less data transfer you can go for regular one. Was this review helpful?
