This is the second one I bought. The first one was for an ASUS EEEPC. It is fast and stable. This one was a real bargain, about half the price after discount. Highly recommend. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Buy this one, instead of the U3 one shown Friday, December 19, 2008 Gary from NJ
Because although the packaging and product listing does not mention the U3 software, it IS on this drive. It launches the U3 install questionnaire when you start it, giving you the option to not use it or install a whole series of software programs. The installation is quick and easy. This is an excellent deal because this is $10 cheaper than the one listed with U3!
One caveat: This model differs from the titanium version, in that it has a bright orange activity light instead of a subtle blue one. The flashing orange LED can be annoying as it is so bright, especially in a dimly lit room. Of course, you can always put a post-it over it. ;) Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Not a bad USB drive Monday, September 29, 2008 Mike from Texas
Pretty decent little drive. I like the slider function. It locks into place when slid out, which is nice. It feels cheap, very light weight but, I think that is unfounded as it seems sturdy enough for normal usage. I have not tried the U3 software that comes with it. I just needed something for data storage and this if fine for that. Was this review helpful?
