Overall I got what I ordered and it works the way it was supposed to. It even came with a Pro Duo adapter so that was a plus. Although I had expected it to come in the original manufactures packaging seeing as it was listed as new. But it didn't, it came in a very small zip lock bag in a bubble wrap padded envelope. But I later noticed it said BULK in the description, maybe this is what it meant. Oh and very quick shipping. I think it only took 2 -3 days. Was this review helpful?

The product is great, and Buy's price was half of what I found at my local retailers. No brainer on where to buy it. However, I had some shipping issues with this order. It took two weeks for the item to arrive, and since it shipped USPS the tracking system is useless. I have ordered many things from Buy.com, and this is the first time I have had this type of shipping issue. As long as it does not happen again I will continue to order from them. According to the User Manual, the Sony Ericsson w580i will only work with M2 memory sticks of up to 2 GB. Nevertheless, it works perfectly fine with this 4 GB card from SanDisk. The expanded memory is a crucial accessory that allows you to fully use the capabilities of this awesome little cellphone. The Sony Ericsson w580i immediately recognizes the card. With 4 GB of memory, an FM tuner, and video viewing capability, this phone has nothing to envy to the iPod. I was able to upload 5 full-length movies which I compressed using DVD Fab. It is good that Sandisk makes this memory stick. Otherwise Sony's monopoly would make memory stick very expensive (I have always think Sony is very stupid to make those stuff that are not compatible with the rest of the world thinking they have the best). It's hard to believe this miniature gadget can store the amount of information that it does! My phone has now doubled in use because of the mp3 features I can now use.
