5 of 5 Tried SanDisk Card b4 but... Sunday, February 10, 2008

my other SanDisk SD Memory Card is corrupted and does not read images anymore I stored this disk in a plastic small box that came with it (bought at J&R 8 months ago) I called customer service and referred to another website for trial "Recovery Software" just hate doing that.
Now instead of buying SanDisk brand I just ordered Kingston 2 GB here at Buy.com and hope this is a better card.
Would appreciate if anyone can recommend the best SD Cards please let me know.

Bought this for my Wii, and it works great! And it is MUCH cheaper than the SD memory cards branded with the Wii name. This card is the same as the Wii branded ones, so don't be fooled into paying more! Was this review helpful?

It is faster to download and print the pictures onto the PC.
It is easier to take and store your pictures without CD's and tape.

For use in my point and shoot, the manufacturer's rep told me there ain't no difference between makes and higher speed memory etc. Basically, the issue is just shopping around for the best price at the time of purchase. I used high resolution settings and even with those, it still holds about 3500 pics on my camera. I took a 45 second video plus about 150 pictures and I still had room for another 2000 pictures. I love this product, especially for the price I paid. Was this review helpful?

Was looking for a card to use in my new Norcent camera bought here also. This card was recommended. Purchased it to try it out. Just flip open the battery compartment door, slide in the card, camera recognized it immediately. Low battery comsumption. Keeps data after camera turned off. This item was a special, i bet on it.
It turned out it was out of stock for the next 2 to 3 weeks i would not get it. i bought it together with a camera which i wanted to take on my south american trip. Got the camera, but not the chip. So i have camera, no chip, how i suppose to take pictures.I got the chip after i returned. If something is on special, watch it, they may not have it in stock.
The product is ok, i am happy with it. Eventhough it serves as a back up chip for me. Was this review helpful?

Now, Circuit City has it for $19.99 (no rebate required) and free shipping with a purchase of $25 or more, which is couple of dollars more than Buy.com, but you don't have to hassle with the rebate.
