I use the pro duo for the play station portable and have not had any problems with it. It is a good size memory card for simple use and travel. I haven't transferred items from the computer onto the PSP so cannot tell you about the transfer speed, but have read other reviews that the San Disk is fast. I think San Disk is first class when compared to other top-rated brands, without the high cost! I have several memory sticks for my Sony camera but at this price I had to buy a couple more. It is so nice to be able to click, click, click away at sporting events, on vacations, get togethers, etc. and not have to worry about running out of space! I used to worry about running out of film, now with the digital cameras make sure I have space on the memory sticks, and you get so much on a little stick! Taking the time to delete this picture and that picture takes you away from the action and it is so much easier to do it later on a large computer screen. I have actually saved some great shots that I thought were no good when reviewing them on the camera, but looking at them on a large computer screen I had a fabulous picture hidden within it. With a little cropping and zooming, you may just have that great shot! Was this review helpful?

I ordered this for my camera which uses the Memory Stick Pro Format because the description states "With the use of the included adapter, it can be used in all PRO-compatible devices." Be warned, this is a Pro Duo card only, there is no included adapter. It is probably a good buy if you need a Pro Duo card, but not so great if you need the adapter. Was this review helpful?

My Sony DSC T1 digital camera that I bought several years only used Sony's rip off proprietary Pro Duo memory cards and after spending over $400 for the camera I could only afford at the time their optional 256 MB card which only gave me 101 pic storage capacity. Sandisk did not make a card for this camera at that time.
Buy.com alerted me by email that they were offering the Sandisk 2 GB Prop Duo card for $23 with only $1.99 shipping (how many times have you seen other sites charging $7.95 for shipping a card the size of a postage stamp?) So I snapped one up and now my LCD reads 810 pic capacity and the camera has been working fine with this new Sandisk 2 MB card!
