I bought the 2.0 Gig card for my Canon Digital Rebel. When I set my camera to medium format, the image counter maxed out at 999 shots left. I thought there was something wrong with the card, but the camera seems to have an internal counter that goes beyond 999 because I did not lose any shots and the counter eventually started to decrease. The picture play back seemed to take a lot longer that my 1gig SanDisk Ultra II card. Overall, this card was still a good value. Was this review helpful?

and $28 for 2 GB is fantastic..

This was great a great bargain at $28.82 and delivered very quickly no less. I use this in my Digitech GNX Guitar workstation. I'm able to store many backing tracks and am still able to record numerous guitar, drum, and vocal tracks. It makes recording music in my basement music room a breeze. Prior cards I've used/have are the PNY-256 & SanDisk Ultra II 512, which both worked fine but were limited in the number of songs I could record based on their memory size. After struggling to remove the CF from the tough plastic wrapper, I plugged it into my Nikon D70 and viola! I can now take a bunch of photos before having to download. I also have a RCA RD2780 LYRA audio/video player (20GB that I've just replaced with an 80GB drive) that accepts only Type I CF. Plugged it in and it works great. Now I can download all my photos onto the LYRA for storage. Excellent combo for a vacation. There's no need to lug along a laptop to download all the photos. Was this review helpful?
