I've owned this product for about 3 weeks and I do not regret it. I chose Sansa because I have a little c200 that has been through it all.....cracked screen....through the washer....and still works. Hopefully, my new player will not have to suffer the same. The good....nice capacity for the price. Looks nice and is very thin. No software installation necessary. MicroSD slot available for expansion. Seems to be well built and of good quality. Sound is good. The Not-so-good....At least for me, the expansion slot "freezes" the player. I loaded some tunes on it and if it played a track on the slot it rendered any control useless....volume....next track....everything. Slow start-up. Control could be better...faster scroll would be nice. I have a lot of artists/albums. Headphones stink. USB cable is only accessory.
