Headset wear isn't as secure. Sound reception quality okay. Sound transmission according the recipient on the other side of the connection isn't as great, but expected for all bluetooth headset.

This was my first bluetooth and was a simple but effective introduction into the technology. Worked great until I accidentally slammed it in a car door. :-(

I like it..... though it won't be for everyone. Don't expect a $100 earpeice when you're buying a $30 peice. It's well worth the price. It's not as loud as I would like and it's a little large (not adjustable). Other than that, it's great. It fits my ear well. The volume is more than sufficient unless there's a great deal of background noise. I'd recommend it if you can't afford anything much more expensive.

I went from a motorola 700 to this one because the motorola wouldn't work with my samsung instinct. I have small ears and ear holes, so the ear piece does not fit in my ear without pain (not adjustable). i can hear great between the volume on this and the volume on the phone, but certain callers always have a problem hearing me. battery time is excellent. unfortunately this cannot be put in a pocket because it always accidentally turns on (even though you have to hold the power button for 5 seconds, it mysteriously turns on in my pocket). I prefer a lay against the ear earpiece and a power button that flips like the motorola

I have used over the ear bluetooths in the past, however I never felt the speaker was right for my ear. The Samsung in-ear bluetooth works great....the reception is very nice, have not had any difficulty with end user hearing me, and no issues using voice commands. However, I do not prefer to keep the unit in my ear for long periods due to discomfort, but this may not bother most individuals. I find this to be a great product for a very good price.

I have had 1/2 dozen headsets and this is one of the best I have had for: - ease of setup - ability to hear calls - ability of others to hear me My only criticism is it takes me several minutes to get it properly placed in my ear.

I've tried other bluetooth devices and this one is the best so far...I've only had it a couple of weeks so can't say anything about longevity, but I hear fine and everyone I talk to hears my fine...Can't beat the product for the price...only drawback is that the ear hook seems too big for my ear, but the device fits snug in my ear so as not to fall out.

Very comfortable, excellent sound quality. I've owned 3 different Bluetooth devices, all of them more expensive. None of them compare to this one. Worth every penny and more.

A good buy. I wanted a non expensive unit with good quality. This was it. It was easy to pair. The reception is good. The cost was good. The ear hoop is a little big. It was a birthday gift and she said it was "cute". Overall, everything is good.

Does everything I want it to do. Bought two of them; use one intermittently (which I haven't charged since I got it a month ago) and the other one gets used all the time. Both work as well as can be expected. Have to increase your voice level a bit but I don't know if that's indicative of all Bluetooth headsets.

I've had the headset for a couple of weeks now and I haven't had any problems. People can hear me just fine and it was pretty eazy to setup with my Treo. It was a little tricky at first trying to place the clip around my ear while inserting the speaker in my ear but it's no problem now.

Worked great initially but then developed static problems. Got used to it since it wasn't constant. Battery was run down so plugged it in to charge it and now the headset is dead. Does not turn on anymore or even indicated that it is charging etc. Used with Nokia 6085. Whe it worked, it did the job. Now it is a worthless piece of plastic. Will look into seeing if its worth to get it fixed with Samnsung or just buy another. It will not be a SAMSUNG headset.

Fits great, sound is very impressive, loud! Paired up great. Charge lasts forever, I recently purchased, but charge lasts about 4-5 days with moderate use. Reach okay, when I walk about 10 feet away and further (from phone) the static starts and gets worse. But I'm usually right near it anyways.

This is not too bad a bluetooth. The only problem I have is that I haven't trouble keeping this product in my ear. Of course this is probably my issue, but overall it works good and easy to use as well for the price.

This is the first BT unit I've purchased for my cell phone, an LG-VX8300. The headpiece is really great. Like other people, I did my comparison shopping here, as well as looking at cnet.com, epinions.com. For the most part, I found only user reviews, and they were generally very good. I compared this online with the Samsung WEP500, and the WEP180 won. So, I went with public opinion, and I am glad that I did. This unit provides very good sound quality for me. I also ask the person on the other end about the sound, and they all tell me that it is good. Instructions are easy to follow. Overall, a great purchase!

This is my first Bluetooth accessory. The sound quality is very good, both for me and for the person on the other end of the line. The feeling of the ear-piece takes a little getting used to. The position of the cell phone in relation to the headset will affect the performance of the headset. If positioned correctly, the headpiece provides very good quality sound. It is also very easy to use. Before buying, I compared this with other headsets, like the Samsung WEP500 and others both on this site and on cnet.com. By comparison, the user ratings for this product were much better, so I went with the public opinion. So far I am happy about the choice. The instructions are easy to follow.

I went from a Motorola 700 to this headset. basically the best part of the Motorola was that it never accidentally turned itself on and it didn't matter what size your ear hole was because the piece laid on top of your ear hole. the bad thing about the Samsung is that 3 times in the past week it has turned on from my leaning on my pocket or other way I don't know how, but clearly there was sort of pressure applied because u have to hold the button down for 5 seconds. I have very small ear holes, so the ear piece is hard to get into the hole because it is one-size-fits-all. callers tell me they hear me quite clear, so sound quality is awesome. my only gripes are the accidental turn on and the size of the ear piece. , otherwise a good buy.

I bought this to use with my PS3 and occasionally with my LG Voyager phone. The product is very easy to pair and works well with both. However, after several hours of being in my ear, it started to feel uncomfortable. This is the case with my last BT headset also, and i don't often use headsets so I'm not blaming this piece. My only real concern is with the plastic loop that hooks over the ear as I read it can break and there is no replacement. Overall, its a stylish product and I'm happy with the purchase especially at a below $30 price.

This is a very good value for the price - under 30.00. Very good sound, user friendly (just make sure you read the instructions on pairing). I didn't want a bluetooth at first because I didn't want to look like a member of the Borg, however, my husband talked me into it and I'm glad now I have it.

Overall, this Bluetooth version 2.0 headset is Very Good. It seems to be true that Bluetooth 2.0 has very low power consumption and lasts about twice as long as headsets using bluetooth 1.2 between charges. It adequately performs its basic function. Most people that I call say that the audio is clear. Also, I can hear others clearly. The headset is very lightweight and can fit into your ear with or without the included earhook. One nice feature is the sliding door over the charging port. Unfortunately, I found no mention of it in the User's Manual but, it wasn't hard to figure out. I had a little bit of trouble during the initial pairing process. At first, I thought the headset was pairing to my phone automatically, then I realized I still had to enter the "0000" passcode and it took several attempts to get the sequence just right. Subsequent pairings, like when turning the headset on or when answering a call, were quick and smooth. You must press the multi-function button for 5-6 seconds to turn the headset on. Several of my other Bluetooth version 1.2 headsets take half that amount of time. Admittedly, these are minor complaints and don't detract from the headset's basic functionality. In conclusion, it's small, light, fits my ear perfectly and does its job well. One final note, I got it for $18.49 after rebate from buy.com and that makes it a slam dunk.

This is my first experience with this device type so I don't know how others work. So far, I am very satisfied with it. It was easy to pair with my Nokia 6103. I only wish I had gotten it sooner.

My first BT headset. Cant complain. Pairing was easy with PC & Cell. Should use ear clip. I covered the earpiece with a earbud sponge(used in earphones) so that I can filter external sound. This also helps to fit inside my ear just perfect. Voice clarity is good. People dint have problems hearing me, so I assume the mic is good too.

This is my third hands free and it is by far my favorite. I also own the more expensive WEP410 which is good but falls out of my ear and the Motorola H500 which had echoes. This product fits and stays in my ear, the reception is exceptional, and it keeps a charge for a long time. It connects and disconnects fairly quickly when you push the button on the handsfree device. Overall, it's just a great bluetooth!

I am in the car a lot and I needed a headset so I could have my hands free to drive. The quality of this set is pretty good. I haven't had any complaints from people about the reception, and I hear just fine on it. The earpiece that goes around the ear doesn't bend, so I can't make it conform to my ear. The piece that goes IN the ear is comfortable, but I've dropped the whole thing before (while I was talking, of course) and had to wait until I got to my destination to be able to use my phone. It is pretty embarassing to scream at the abyss between my seat and the console, "I dropped my phone! I'll call you back!" Especially if it is a customer. All in all, I think it was pretty good deal for the price tag.

This is my first bluetooth headset. Very easy to connect to my Samsung D807, and very easy to operate. Sound quality seems good and it seems to sit well in my ear. I would definitely recommend.

I research any product extensively before I purchase it. While I could not find any reviews on the Samsung WEP180, I have been delighted to find that it is a simple yet powerful companion. The WEP180's multifunction button is easy to locate, although I would have preferred larger volume buttons like the Samsung WEP200 has. The sound quality is good, although sometimes it felt like it would have been preferable to have a speaker which didn't go inside your ear. The flip side is that you can hear better with an inner-ear piece, though you have to be careful to change the volume to avoid excessive volume. The fit is pretty secure; the unit survived my "head shake" test. I would recommend using the earhook. I wear glasses, but the earhook does not get in the way. My phone is a Sony Ericsson w580i (AT&T) and the WEP180 always pairs immediately with it. One downside is that if you wear this unit on your right ear the "Samsung" logo will be upside down, as well as your volume buttons. Also, since this unit does not have DSP, wind noise and road noise will be audible to callers- even with the windows up. That's why I moved the unit to my right ear, away from the driver's side window when I am driving. Overall, the WEP180 is a solid value, good sound quality, and has an excellent battery life (claimed 6 hours though I haven't talked that long to verify this claim).
