    Small & light weight earpiece, good sound quality, but does not stay firmly in ear without hook. Very annoying because it usually falls out after 5 minutes, have to keep adjusting it.

    Pros: It's small, lightweight and the sound is excellent. I don't talk a lot on my cell phone, but the battery life seems to be very good too. Cons: Be prepared to spend the money you saved on some Jabra EarGels ($10 Amazon), otherwise you'll be constantly adjusting the headset back into your ear cavity. This particular item did not come with the ear hook that others are complaining about breaking shortly after they start using the headset. Oh well, one less con... Summary: Couple this headset with the EarGels and you have a great BT headset.

    Owned this headset about a year ago before it was crushed in my garage by my car tire. Since then tried BT headsets from Plantronics and Jabra and both disappointed greatly. I am thrilled to have my WEP200 back. The sound quality both on the caller's end and mine are great. Long talk time and standby. Takes a day to get used to but after that it is a very secure fit, even without the ear hook. Highly recommended!
