My eyesight is not so good anymore and I have not looked for bad pixels but after two weeks I can't say I have seen any pop up out of nowhere. So there probably aren't any. 26" is great and for only 400 or so dollars I think that is just a super deal. The two 22"ers on the sides of the 26 look small now but it makes for a panoramic experience. The Netflix movies on the 26 come through really nice. Overall a very satisfactory experience. I bought this with a 5% off coupon from buy.com and it came out cheaper than anywhere else I could find. This monitor is so amazing! I came from a 19 inch CRT so this is a gigantic upgrade for me. I play a lot of games at the highest settings and even now everything's at 1920x1200 and it makes so much of a difference! Any Valve game (HL2 engine) Mass effect, Farcry2 etc. Wider views make for more room to see things, put stuff, etc. I play RF Online in 1024x768 (windowed) and browse web pages at the same time on one screen! No ghosting or blurring. A few edge-bleed spots but not even noticeable when watching darkly colored movies. Came in factory box with no damage. Stand does make it wobble since it's held only by one slim piece of metal. I wish it would remember its last video mode. No real problems though! GET IT. You will be extremely glad you did. It shipped and arrived quickly after ordering it. The overall quality of the monitor is just fantastic. There are a few minor features I wish it had (or didn't have). For one, the stand is slightly flimsy. Another thing I've had a problem with is 1:1 pixel mapping with a 16:9 input through HDMI. But the stretch isn't really even noticable unless you have another screen hooked up directly beside it.
Also if you leave your computer on for a period of time while the monitor is turned off, when you turn it back on, it will not recognize the input until you unplug and replug the wire. Basically the screen has to be on before your DVI video input is activated.
Other than that, the picture quality is just fantastic, and the color vibrancy is just through the roof. I recieved it with no dead pixels whatsoever. Was this review helpful?

This is a very good looking monitor with lots of brightness. It has all the connections including HDMI. Screen detail is very crisp and the base is not to large for the size. It only took a few minutes to set up and install into my Vista OS. I am using the DVI connection but my video card also supports HDMI. The power light is a very pleasing dim red glow on the bottom right. Control buttons are raised on the right side and fairly easy to use once you remember what button is what. This monitor does tilt back enough and also has left/right movement. I am glad I bought this monitor. Also got a free extra three months on the warrinty from Samsung. Was this review helpful?
