4 of 5 quick printer on plain paper Saturday, March 22, 2008

We tried to print an iron on patch and it jammed in the printer. Getting your hands into this machine to clear the jam is difficult at best. We couldn't get the printer to work correctly so I packed it up, returned it and they sent a new one. I won't try printing anything like the iron-ons again. Printing on regular paper the printer looks good and does what it is supposed to. For multiple pages it is nice and quick Was this review helpful?

Once in a while, I get a windows error message "Driver IROL..." and had to reboot. Emailed mfg for updated driver but no response. Otherwise an excellent machine. Was this review helpful?

I wish the manual in hard copy instruction on what to do after the power is applied to the printer. I expect that the printer
should be able to do the copy after I apply the power, but it does not do that because the time and date on this printer had
not been set correctly. There is no clear instruction on how to
set the date and time, so it takes me a while to figure it out.
Other than initial set-up problem, the printer works great for
