5 of 5 Great Price, Great Monitor. 5/17/2008
Lynn from Green Bay, WI
I'm very hapy with it and glad I bought it. I'm not a gammer though, I bought a larger monitor because it was required to participate in business at home.

5 of 5 Really great monitor for the price! 3/24/2008
B. Showerman from Bedford, TX
I bought this LCD monitor for my aunt and uncle and it is a HUGE upgrade from the 17 inch hulk they had! The set-up was very easy for me and the picture quality is GREAT!!! The only downside is that there are no speakers...but they are using the old ones and are VERY IMPRESSED with the whole monitor and were REALLY SURPRISED at the low price!!!

5 of 5 Great Product 3/18/2008
from Atlanta, GA
To be honest, it took me about an hour to finally get the picture right (mostly my fault) but once it got going the brightness almost BLINDED me! It is a great LCD display at an amazing price!

5 of 5 No issues it is what it's advertised 3/17/2008
from Laurel, MD
very good value, no dead pixels and color is sharp. Only drawback is the lack of a DVI input but the is a very minor thing I'd give it a 9 out of 10.

5 of 5 Owner of 6 920nw's 3/10/2008
from Reidsvill, North Carolina
Excellent in a word. I have purchased 6 for my office over the last year. I am ordering 2 more.
These are the best deal for a office monitor period!
Performance and ease of use is excellent.
I do not see how Samsung can improve on them. They are a basic model without the 'fluff.'

5 of 5 Great deal! 2/25/2008
Kevin from Seattle WA
Samsung continually provides quality for dollar. This monitor was a breeze to set up and the onboard menu makes for great options. Would recommend at discount or full price, for 200 this is a sweet 19 inch model.

5 of 5 19" Wide Screen monitor 1/14/2008
bmdtx from Cedar Park, TX
I have been very satisfied with the Samsung 206BW I purchased back in May 2007 that I just recently purchased a 920NW for my wife's computer and it works great. I have just one small complaint and that is the insert that holds the back panel on my 206BW evidently has fallen out and I cannot find it. Thus the panel will not stay on the back of the monitor.

5 of 5 Good monitor for a good price 12/20/2007
from San Rafael, CA
Bought two of these to use in a dual-screen setup. The brightness and color on the screens matchup nicely (not always the case as I've found out), no dead pixels on either screen and the setup was very easy.
The system is being used mostly to run a 2D PCB layout application as well as your standard office suite (word processor/spreadsheet/email/etc.) so I can't speak as to its effectivness as a gaming monitor but for standard business use they work great.
For me, these monitors worked out perfectly as I didn't need DVI connections because the old nVidia Quadro card I'm using doesn't have any. However, if your system has DVI connections, I'd recommend getting a monitor that supports DVI as there is a difference in picture quality and clarity.

5 of 5 A great display from Samsung. 12/10/2007
jamilsaad from Hoover, AL
I have been using Samsung displays for years now and this is just another addition to my stock of displays. I am quite happy with my choice on this 19" and the price is quite reasonable compared with other vendors. I recommend it for any user.

5 of 5 Great Monitor... 11/28/2007
BKF from Vernon, NJ
I bought this monitor over 2 months ago and I am pleased with the Samsung monitor's quality, Buy.com's fantasic price and flawless delivery. No dead pixels. I use the monitor for typical home and office applications (video switched) across two XP/SP2 PCs. The only downside/hassle is Samsung's Rebate process. They rejected my rebate due to missing UPC/Barcode (which I carefully attached). I had to call and resubmit my photocopies. I'm still waiting.

3.3 of 5 Samsung 19" Wide Screen Monitor 11/27/2007
from Hartsville, SC
For the money, I feel that a wide screen monitor doesn't give the best overall picture viewing experience as the standard 19" 4:3 aspect ratio monitor. The height is less and the width causes either distortion or wasted space along the sides of the screen. If you are going to primarily use it for DVD viewing, I would recommend a larger screen. If you want to use it with computer for normal applications, the standard monitor gives a better total value.

5 of 5 Awesome value! 9/26/2007
from Madison, WI
I first bought 4 of these monitors for my trading business. I like the small bevel which allows me to stack them all together. I was so pleased with them I later bought 2 more so now I have 6 of these all going at once. (3 over 3) With the rebate, you can't find a better value (I looked.)

5 of 5 Excellent monitor - Great warranty 9/25/2007
from Naperville, IL
This is my 4th Samsung monitor. Once I got one, everyone in my family had to have one. They are fantastic. The screen is bright and crisp. I am pretty much only buying Samsung products for monitors now. I had Sceptre's and they last for just about 2 months past the 1 year warranty. Samsungs have 3 yr warranties. When you compare, check warranties - this is good indicator of the quality. Highly recommend these monitors.

5 of 5 Simply Stunning 9/6/2007
Sam from Brooklyn, NY
This monitor is amazing. I got it when the price was $149.99 after $20 rebate and $10 Google Checkout, what a value. The monitor looks great. You name it, from DVDs to web surfing, everything looks so vibrant (the iTunes visualizer is absolutely amazing).
The footprint is small, and the frame is free of any clutter (no excessively big names/buttons/etc..
If you are thinking about jumping on this monitor, I say do it (provided the price isnt too high [<$200]).

5 of 5 Great LCD 9/5/2007
Zagnut103 from Clifton, NJ
I recently bought 2 of these terrific LCDs, one for myself and one for my son. BUY delivered them VERY quickly even though I chose the free shipping option. DO NOT be put off from buying this LCD because it does not have a DVI input. The regular VGA works beautifully. Crisp and clear. Both monitors were free from defects. No dead or stuck pixels. Gaming is great. Have played HL2, Doom3, Quake4, Unreal 2K4, Oblivion...etc. Works flawlessly.
The 'Auto Adjust' that the monitor performs when changing resolutions is very nice. Highly recommended.

5 of 5 Best looking LCD I've ever seen! 5/11/2007
hellomoto from Urbandale, IA
I ordered my Samsung 920NW on May 8th. It got here today, May 11th. I have it hooked up and oh my word! All I have done to this point is change the resolution on my video to 1440 x 900 and the screen auto sized itself to match. Done! Amazingly easy. Currently I am watching a DVD in a small picture and typing this message, as well as I have my Email open and checking that. So much screen area! Playing the DVD in full screen mode rocks. I see absolutely zero flaws with this LCD. I don't even mind that the base doesn't adjust up or down. Sits perfect. Excelent buy! Great product! Can't go wrong here at all! Thanks Buy.COM!

4.3 of 5 Oops, NO DVI 4/16/2007
Nathan from Fredericksburg, Va
I overlooked the fact that this monitor doesn't have a DVI connection. Just standard analog. Otherwise, a nice monitor and works well.
