This laptop back fits my 14.1 inch Hp laptop.Also I can fit upto 3 pairs of dress.I like the appearance and is durable. I Like the cushion on the shoulder stap and in the upper handle. There are 2 compartments,The one for fitting the laptop fits exactly for 14.1 inch. I would recommend this bag for 14 inch extented screen laptop's.

Awesome laptop bag. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the price for a Samsonite Laptop bag...but having used it for almost a one year...Just No complaints. Highly recommend this Bag for anyone looking for a comfortable office bag.

pretty durable, a bit though placing a sager laptop but all in all it will still fit just a bit snugly and kinda need a little more force putting it in. no regrets on the bag.

I have 17" laptop and it is hard to find backpacks for it ... but this 1 is good. At this price this is the best i think. My laptop fits good in it. it also has some space to carry 2 - 3 books. there are many small pockets. There is no bottle holder but this is not a big problem. All in all its a good deal at this price.

Nice quality. Totally satisfied. Only possible drawback is lack of water bottle holder. I recommend it. I put in an extra 1 inch of foam at the bottom of the laptop compartment to be "safer".

This is a good buy in 24.99 but the material of the bag does not look that good that I was expecting and one more big pocket is missing which I was not able to identied while viewing the available pictures at the time of purchage. But overall its good in this price.

Its really nice to get this bag.In my last bag there was 1 extra pocket which this one only have. But its really very comfortable & very lite weight. I will say 10 OUT of 10.

I bought this bag for my daughter as a birthday present. She loves it. Now she doesn't have to carry a laptop bag, a tote bag and a purse. It easily accomodates her laptop and all of her work papers and a makeup kit. The practical compartments make it easy to stay organized. Her purse fits inside, too. The long padded shoulder straps fit easily over a bulky winter coat. I wish there had been a choice of colors, but she is fine with khaki. No water bottle holder! The bag is not water proof, but it is water resistant. This is a great value.

I would have given Organization a 5 but the slot for the laptop is a little tight if you your laptop have one of those batteries that protrude outside the edge of the laptop. Overall, it is a good back pack for my 17" laptop.

I received this bag today and I kind of like it. For $25 it is worth every penny. I can use it for my 17" laptop and some 3 books along with it, and still there is space. So, so far so good. The delivery was done in 3 days and I was pleasantly surprised by the decent packaging in a carton. So overall a very good experience.

I am satisfied with it. My 17 inch laptop is a bit wider than normal 17 inch laptops so I need to always wiggle it in the separate laptop compartment but overall its a good backpack. A+

I would advice buying it if you just wanna carry a laptop and maybe 1-2 books. Doesn't have many compartments neither a water bottle holder.

Bought this item from buy.com. Thanks to fedex, the first shipment went haywire and upon requesting buy.com, they kindly co-operated and sent another one along pretty quickly. the bag has the ruddy look i really love and the seam seems to hold on pretty fine even under heavy loads. However, it remains interesting to know how it would last when exposed to the elements ( water, dust, etc ). Spacious enough to carry a laptop and a few large books and comfortable for a while while carrying heavy items. seems worth the bucks i paid although a water bottle holder would have been great!

I have a laptop with a 17" screen and it fits just fine in the laptop pocket. I like how the back and straps have a mesh padding so your back does not become sweaty. It also has the added bennefit of keeping the straps from diggin into your shoulders. The zippers are high quality. I don't think I'm going to have to worry about them breaking, and the bottom of the pack is reinforced. Also, there are several pockets including one lined with a micro-fibre feeling material that is grat for an iPod or sunglasses. I use the side pockets to hold by laptop's power cord. I have seen many bags like this sell for more. At this price, this backpack is a bargain.

I ordered this backpack for a recent trip, and it worked very well. It had plenty padding, and room for my extras, including a large set of headphones for use on the plane. I could have used a few extra small pockets for some of my smaller items, but the amount provided was adequate for most items. It really made it easy to carry my 15" laptop and accessories on my back, while leaving my hands free to manage my carry on luggage. I'm glad I made the purchase. The price was right, and am quite happy with the backpack. I will be using it for all of my future trips.

I was looking around for months to find a quality backpack to fit my 17" macbook. I thought for this price I could try it out. And after a month of use I absolutely love it. I walk a mile an a half every day with it and the straps are comfortable and the material has held up very well. My only complaint would be that the padding on the back does not allow ventilation and will become hot on your back.

I just received this bag and I am very happy with it. I have a 17" Dell Inspiron E1705 and it fit in the opening with no problems. There is not a ton of padding at the top or at the very bottom, but I am not planning on swinging it around much, just needed something smaller to carry my computer around with. The bag is not gigantic sized for holding a 17", which is nice since some bags are just way to big to easily transport. It still has room for other items inside too. The shoulder straps are nicely padded and comfortable. I have a heavy duty Samsonite professional looking long strapped laptop bag, and I have been very happy with the quality of that item. If you just need something to occasionally carry your laptop with, I highly recommend this. The color (khaki/black) is very nice, almost a sage green khaki and the material is good quality. Can't beat it for only $30. I also ordered it on Sunday morning and it got to me Wednesday afternoon with the free shipping. Very Happy!

The Samsonite Urbanite Laptop Backpack gets about a 90% score in my opinion. It meets all the important expectations. My 17" Acer laptop fits in snugly with a velcro strap to further secure it. Construction seems sturdy enough that I won't worry about the laptop flexing. There is plenty of room for accessories, plus room to spare. And it looks like a regular back-pack instead of a computer case. I don't need to carry text books or other large items. I just wanted a convenient laptop carrier. Two things would make it even better. 1: At least one external loop or D-ring you can attach a caribiner to. 2: An external pocket (preferably insulated) sized to hold a 16 or 20 ounce water bottle. There is one internal caribiner loop, with caribiner, but I like to hang a watch or compass on the outside. I'm sure I can rig up something with the head-phone cable pass-through port, or key rings through the zipper pulls. The head-phone port seems to be in an unusual location. I would have placed it on a relatively small cushioned pocket. Instead it is on a large multi-pocketed area where an audio device could get bounced and bumped around. But I don't plan on using that, so it's no problem, for me at least. Overall then, not perfect, but still very satisfactory and deserving of about a 90% rating. Very good quality for a very low price. This is the lowest price back-pack I have seen for 17" laptops.

I bought this Back Pack for many purposes like carrying books to my school, carrying laptop and some other stuffs when I go for a picnic or trecking. The material is so nice. The protection at the bottom of the bag is very good and the cushioned back side is so nice. Some drawbacks are it doesn't have water bottle holder at the sides. It has only one large compartment. But it has some small compartments tooo. overall the product is worth buying .

I have a 15" Mac powerbook. For me this bag is the right size and has good pocket organization. I like the small "eyeglass" pocket on the top though I use it for my cordless mouse and a few other small things. Seems well built though I haven't put it to any strenuous test yet. Again, for my needs this one is big enough without being oversized. The sale price is very good for a bag of this quality. The minor cons: I thought the padding at the bottom of the laptop compartment was a bit sparse. I added a bit of foam which works fine but might make things a little tight for someone with a 17" inch laptop. I tend to be rough with things...some might not need the extra padding. I also thought the Samsonite logo was a cheesy touch. Instead of being simply embroidered on, it's an attached plastic/rubber thing with a dimension of it's own. Overall, I needed a more subdued, "professional" looking bag and this one fit the bill. Most packs have a water bottle pocket which I like but I choose this one for it's solid, contained look which a net pocket would have detracted from.

I like this backpack because it is not overly large. I can fit my 17" MBP in the laptop portion in a hard sided Booq sleeve, although it is a very tight fit. I would not recommend putting a laptop in it without a sleeve as the padding at the top of the backpack is not enough to protect it. I can fit 4 1.5" binders inside the main compartment in addition to a slim line Bible. Then in the accessory area I can fit a few more small items like a compact Bible, pens, memory card reader, keys and such. The 2 side pockets are really cool and I put my huge power supply with the longer Mac cord in one and my travel hard drive with wireless mighty mouse in the other. I hope this review helps someone. For the price, I love it. It seems to be made well with good materials. Time will only tell how long it will last with the laptop being such a tight fit.

Haven't really used it yet, but it looks great, my 17" HP fits perfectly snug. The rubber around the earbud hole was torn out of the box, but it shouldn't affect the performance. Overall, I am completely satisfied.

Able to carry a lot of weight. Used it to carry umbrellas, water bottles, sweaters, food, maps, etc on a recent trip. Sufficient pockets. Wish it had a bottle holder.

This bag is great, I can fit a book, a notebook file, my 15.4" laptop and it still has a lot of space. Great organization for all the acessories. I just got few weeks ago but it looks very durable. I strongly recomend!

Trying to wedge my 17" laptop in . It barely fits , but the bag carrys alot of stuff . If it was my primary and I traveled alot it wouldn't last long . Better for a 15" Laptop.Its "OK"

Pros: good capacity, remarkable strength, very comfortable, extremely reasonable Cons: I didn't get the color choice I wanted. Had to settle for a muddy look, but that was fine with me as long as the above mentioned pros came out well :)

I have found this backpack to work fine on my 15.4" laptop. The material is of good quality and the appearance is nice without being too flashy. There is plenty of room for other items in the backpack, although I find the organizer pocket a little lacking in features and usability. Comfort and fit are good. My overall satisfaction with the product is a full five star rating.
