The food tastes great on the George Foreman. I've cooked a lot of things including hamburgers, grilled cheese, chicken, steak and all of them taste great on this. I found the cooking times in the booklet to be a little longer than necessary. I love watching the fat drip off while the food still has a great taste! My only con for this item is the cleanup can be a little tedious. The food doesn't necessarily stick but it can definitely be a hassle trying to get in each little crevice.
