Toast 8 Titanium works great with EyeTV and iTunes on my MAC, but I am having a problem with adding my own VCD's to iTunes using Toast. I followed the manual directions to a tee and am unable to export to iTunes. Their customer support does not go outside the manual directions and they take a long time to respond to each of my questions. The online support is only answering from the manual, and their phone number is disconnected, so they give you a ticket number for each question you need answered. Was this review helpful?

Upon receiving Toast I automatically loaded it on my MAC and it was so easy I thought I must have done something wrong.
My girlfriend wanted to borrow a comedy DVD of mine; I threw it in the computer and in just a few minutes I had a copy. It was that easy. Great product!!!! Was this review helpful?

I have been using Toast 5 since it came out and just decided to get 8 due to the fact i now have the capabilities of doing Blu Ray production as well as Dolby Digital all for a low cost! One cannot ask for more when burning projects, date, etc to DVD or CD formats. Was this review helpful?

The product offers very good features, and the quality of the rendered videos is acceptable. I purchased it for the tivo to go feature, and it works pretty well. The interface however makes it obvious that the whole product (not just the tivo to go feature) is a port from a PC product... it is not elegant and intuitive as most Mac programs are, but it gets the job done, and most things can be figured out by reading the help (rarely a need with a Mac program). It offers a lot of nice features and all the components seem to be integrated well. However, unless the user needs the Tivo To Go feature, or advanced burning capabilities, I don't think this software is a must have. Was this review helpful?

I've used the new Toast 8 for burning a double layer disc using the Video_TS feature. Works fine, I don't notice any faster speed in doing this but the new interface is kinda cool. Now if Buy.com gets me my rebates in a timely manner I'll be even more satisfied with the whole experience. Was this review helpful?

Well worth the upgrade......many new features, the photo disk and the ability to span multiple disks when burning lots of data are my favorites!! A Great addition to speed up your workflow!!!!! Was this review helpful?

Roxio has done it again! The whole interface is streamlined and redesigned and it looks great. Of course it is still a capable burning software and with the new Tivo Transfer features, should be nice for those of us with Tivos. Was this review helpful?
