I have other Roxio products which am happy with , so I figured Crunch would be a safe bet. I wanted to copy some DVDs that I own to my video iPod for a long trip that's coming up. Crunch was 0 for 5, 4 of the DVDs it said could not be ripped due to the encription (not a new algorithm since some of these DVDs were 6 yrs old), and the 5th "crunched" for 24 hrs before I canceled. I downloaded some freeware that has been working flawlessly. Don't waste you money or time with Crunch.
