I am an ardent fan just short of idolizing alan rickman. The acting in this film is second to none. He was superb in all that he did. I could watch this film over and over. My wish is that someday I might meet this great person. He has made hs role come alive. Was this review helpful?

We own this movie on VHS already and we love the movie, actors, so on. The only reason we bought the DVD version of this movie was to get in widescreen format and to take advantage of our multi-disk DVD player. Then we find out that half way through the movie, you have to get up and flip the disk over. What! I can not think of a better way to ruin a great movie. Why oh why didn't they make this a dual layer DVD like all of the others? Was this review helpful?

I was really excited to get this movie on DVD.
This is the movie where I told my (now) wife I loved her. Needless to say it was a must have.
I am extremely disappointed that this DVD is not
