The look is pretty good with the red color. The bowl is really non-stick, different with my previous one that got me wasted a lot of rice sticking on the bowl. Easy to use, operate, and to clean. Actually I am satisfied, but the review below me says that there's a cheaper product, you might wanna give it a try.

i thought 16 cup would be rice cooker but this fooled me when i saw the size equal to 7 cups cooker.....i get a bigger rice cooker for less price then this one
