In sunny southern California, three Vietnam vets join forces as private eyes in this detective series from the mid-1980's. Nick (Joe Penny) and Cody (Perry King), the brawn of the operation, are aided by the smarts and computer savvy of lovable nerd Murray 'Boz' Bozinsky (Thom Bray). They run their operation from Cody's boat, the Riptide, and keep an arsenal of other modes of transportation that includes a helicopter called the Screaming Mimi, Nick's Corvette, and their speedboat, the Ebb-Tide.
