I purchased this product thinking it would be fun for my kids to use the green screen feature. It took me 8 times and 1.5 hours to get my PC to recognize the camera. I am good with computers, my kids would have thrown it in the trash. Includes a 3 foot USB cable so you better have a lap top to use this item!!! Was this review helpful?

I tried to install and reinstall 3 times on a Vista machine. It fatal errors each time. I then tried on an XP machine. It still doesn't work. No wonder they don't offer a phone number for technical support, just an email address. Was this review helpful?

I do not enjoy this video camera. The program does not work at all, the camera isn't digital, it must be connected to the computer or it won't tape, and it doesn't record past 5 minutes. Was this review helpful?
