Take it out of the box. Plug it in. Set the IP address. Install the driver. BAM! It works. By far the easiest printer I've ever installed. No hickups or supprises. It just works! Web Interface is a great. Control Panel is easy to read and understand. This printer is a work horse. Best bang for the buck 11x17 Laser around. I've installed a lot of printers, few have gone this well. Highly Recommended! (No I don't work for Ricoh, I just really like this printer)
