Delivered well ahead of promised! Batteries (AAA) not included. That said, the RhinoPro 1000 was very easy to use, produces quality labels on superior labeling material for commercial and industrial applications, as well as for personal home use.
When using the delete key to remove or change text appearing on the screen, ONLY the text appearing will be removed. You will have to use the Shift/Delete key combo to clear all text, otherwise the off-screen text will appear on your next label. Not a good thing and wasted label material.
Also, the default text size, which returns to "medium," is a bit annoying when clearing out the memory buffer. "Small" text on the 1/2" provided label is sufficient to wrap around most "ended" cables. "Medium" size useful for labeling tabs, shelves, bins, etc.
Overall, I am very satisfiend with this product and would highly recommend it along with its subsquent and related models.
