pretty simple and straightforward product. when u first get it it looks like its a bit scratched, but that is a ctuallty a protective plastic sheet on the screen protector. it is very easy to install and does what it says. havent dropped the phone yet or antyhing like that, but protects from scratched from coins etc in the pocket very well.

I ordered Nokia N82 screen protector from eforcity. They shipped me a wrong product(usb cable for nokia). I don't want to buy anything from Eforcity in future.
